While I was still on the phone, they claimed that a replacement part was needed. I asked them to come and take a look, and after they did, they stated that a component called 'beyincik' in my 5-month-old combi had malfunctioned, and they charged me 1100 TL. Neither an invoice nor a receipt was provided. When I contacted Buderus's official service, they informed me that the part costs 400 TL and is covered by the warranty, so I would only need to pay 80 TL. They confirmed that I had been scammed by this number, which claims to be the regional service under the number 444 9239. Beware of these scammers.

These people are total scammers, they told me to dismantle and replace my boiler, quoted a price between 800-1400 TL, then I realized something was off, had to pay 150 TL to have it reinstalled, the authorized service only changed the faucet ring for 60 TL, what a rip-off.

These are scammers, be careful not to fall for their tricks. I thought I was talking to an authorized service and they took 850 lira from me. The combi boiler they fixed started leaking again, and they didn't show up despite my 10 calls. They're also very rude on the phone. Definitely beware and don't trust them, they won't even give you an invoice.

Apparently, the customer service representative didn't swear at all; they kept me waiting all day and sent a message at 10 pm saying they would be late, which is unacceptable service

Their behavior was unprofessional, visiting at night, using profanity, and leaving without completing the task while charging a lot of money.

Apparently, this company doesnt have proffesionalism becuse i had problems with Demirdöküm combi and they didnt helped me after servise, ther fore i recomand not to call them as they are scammers and dont care about ther costumers, also googleda says dont trust mesurents out of autorized servise

They told me that three parts needed to be replaced and that I needed to purchase insurance, which would cost 940 TL. They claimed the parts were under warranty and would be shipped to me after replacement. However, after ten days, I didn't receive any documents, so I called them back. A woman answered and was rude to me, then hung up. I called again, and a man answered, claiming they were not authorized service providers, but rather spare part sellers. He said the technicians who came to my home were not affiliated with them and that he would investigate. Be cautious and don't fall for their scams. When the service technician comes to your home, make sure they provide a guarantee form and a receipt with their company's address.

Teknisyenler cihazı söküp götürdüler, plaka çatlağı için 750 TL, yeni birinin takılması için 1.750 TL dediler. Bir gün sonra beni arayıp ekstra masraflar ekleyip 3.750 TL talep ettiklerini söylediler. Cihazı geri istedim, bazı parçaların takıldığını, 1.750 TL ödeyince geri getireceklerini söylediler. Bu süreç sonunda kombiden vazgeçmek zorunda kaldım ve yeni bir tane almak zorunda kaldım. Kesinlikle güvenilmez bir hizmetti.

We were directed to a number claiming to be the authorized Baymak service in Ankara, but the individuals who came were not genuine representatives and took approximately 6000 TL without providing a receipt

They deceive people by introducing themselves as authorized Vailant service providers, then dispatch two unidentifiable individuals to dismantle the combi boiler, claiming the brain is faulty, and demand nearly 1000 lira without repairing anything. They operate at odd hours, such as 11 pm, and fail to provide invoices or any documentation. Beware of these scammers.

Apparently, they are writing these themselves. They come for combi repair, take a lot of money, and leave. Then, you can't reach them if you're lucky. Moreover, they don't come before 10 PM. I thought they would come at night. We will initiate all kinds of legal proceedings against these scammers.
