About 2 months ago, I contaccted Samsung servise for my washing machin, they prposd a pric for repari, then I contatcted Maxtek and the problum was solved quickly, Im very satiesfied with the servise

The owner of this fake service, a woman named Kudret Gümüş, is doing scamming, she didnt send my dishwasher for 1 month, we finaly got her adress and when we went there, she was laffing, i will complain about this scammer woman, there is law and autority

I had a issue with my dishwasher, and I called the Samsung service, but they quoted a high price, so I decided to go with a different company, Maks firm, and they fixed it for a lower price.

I was also bothered by them a month ago and plan to exercise my consumer rights by filing a formal complaint today; I'm curious if anyone else has achieved a resolution, as this company has numerous complaints against it dating back to 2016
They took my oven, asked for 360 TL, said they would return 50 TL, and claimed the screen card was faulty; I told them to return my oven but they haven't, now I'm considering filing a complaint

Hello, we were told to fill in the missing parts of the firms we contacted, the company stated that the oven was ready and would be sent after the initial payment of 360 TL, however, you mentioned that you wanted to return the oven as you had purchased a new product, which was not noted in our conversation.
I was scammed out of 300 TL by this Gümüş service, and I'm warning others not to call this number to avoid the same fate.
