Initially, someone called from a 553 number, claiming to be from Demir Döküm's customer service for a boiler maintenance check, then they switched to a 444 9 869 number, stating my maintenance was due and would be charged, despite my boiler still being under warranty with free maintenance, and when I inquired with Demir Döküm's official line, they denied any affiliation.
These scammers create fake accounts and write fake reviews, they also mark negative comments, be careful and do not fall for their tricks

I was contacted for a boiler maintenance service, which I needed, and after a 15-minute delay, two people arrived, dismantled the filters of my radiators, and claimed to have performed maintenance on my Vaillant boiler, but it turned out that no actual maintenance was done, and instead, some kind of medication was poured into the system, for which I was charged 150 TL, but thankfully, my heating is working fine now, so thank you to whoever provided this service.
Do not trust this number, it has no relation to Vaillant and does not appear in any online search results

Apparently, scammers are impersonating Demirdöküm, claiming maintenance is due and offering to perform it for 50-60 TL. They sent someone who looked like a random person from the street, claiming the combi boiler's gas was finished and demanding 90 TL. When we asked for a receipt, they said it was unnecessary and left. The next day, they drained the boiler's water, and when we filled it, they drained it again. We tried to reach their service, but they kept delaying, saying they would come at a certain time, and when we called again, no one answered. I even tried calling the person's cell phone, but it was closed, and now they've blocked me. Beware of these scammers using Demirdöküm's name.
