These individuals are outright scammers, posing as authorized service personnel. They caught us off guard as they appeared at the top of Google search results. The so-called technicians who showed up never disclosed that they were not from an authorized service. Avoid them at all costs. They wasted our time for 10 days and charged excessive fees without even providing an invoice.
They also did the same to us, claiming we would receive parts and taking payment, but the parts were never installed - we lost two and a half thousand; beware of their scams and keep your distance.
They came to our house to repair our combi boiler, replaced the main card, and charged 4,750 TL, but the problem recurred, and they never showed up again despite multiple calls
