On January 7, 2016, I received a call from this number claiming to be from Finasbank, stating they were refunding card payments, but this was a scam. They managed to swindle approximately 600 TL from me, though thankfully, their attempts to make larger withdrawals of 13,000 TL and 4,000 TL were thwarted due to insufficient funds. What's surprising is why the authorities haven't taken action against these individuals
