They called me three hours ago, claiming to be from Türk Telekom, stating my internet subscription had ended and offering a new one for 69TL, including internet and D-Smart, or else I'd receive a 90TL bill; I accepted, but then I became suspicious and contacted both TTNET and D-Smart, and they both denied calling me, so I reported this number to the police.

The caller claimed to represent Telekom and TTNet, stating that my subscription had expired and that I should consider switching to a different plan, but their claims were inconsistent with my actual situation, leading me to distrust them.

The caller addressed me by name, but when I denied being the person, they hung up, showing complete disrespect.

They claim to be from Türk Telekom and try to decieve people, dont beleive them

Scammers called, claiming my internet package had expired and my bill was 86 TL; I told them I'd handle it the next day, and when I checked with my provider, they said my package was still active.

They claimed to be from Türk Telekom and said my tariff had expired, offering to switch me to a new plan. However, when I visited the telecom office the next day, I found out that my plan was still active. When I told them I knew the truth, they hung up on me.

Every time they call me, I say hello. This time I cald them back at 14:30 and we talked for a bit. I hung up the phone and then cald ttnet and they created a complaint form for me. They said it was a fake number and that my tarif would expire in 6 months. After that, I cald this number again and they didnt answer. 2 minits later, they cald me back and I acted like I didnt know anything. They expland everything to me and I said my contrakt would expire on a specifik date. They said ther was a mistake in the sistem and that they would fix it. I told them that I didnt see any mistakes and that I had checked with ttnet. They said they werent affilated with ttnet, but I asked them how they could acces ttnets sistem and documents. They hung up the phone, totaly unproffesional scammers.
