Apparently, my mum's phone rang and i answerd, they asked for my mum by her full name, i told them she wasnt available and i could help, but they just hanged up on me, when i called them back they didnt give me any information about their company and just said all their costumer service representatives was busy, i had to wait, thats why i think they are a company that make money by making people wait, i search the number on google and found this comments, thats a shame

They're calling me too, using the name Türk Telekomünikasyon to sell products like d smart and Tivibu. They call from multiple numbers, I've reported some to the prosecutor's office, but I couldn't report all of them. Please report them too, and ask how they obtained your phone number and who gave it to them. Also, contact Türk Telekom and file a complaint, I did, and they said they would take legal action. Türk Telekom is responsible for stopping these types of calls, we're the ones being harmed.
