At 9:01 pm Sydney time, my mobile received a call from a female who left a voicemail on Voicemall after I didn’t answer promptly. She spoke in either Korean or Chinese; the only clear word was “U P S”. My number is on the Do Not Call Register, and the call time violates Australian law.
If I answer as a business, the unknown caller disconnects immediately.
