First they do a voice message saying its the shanghai city entry and exit management bureau, then they transfer me to a person who asks why i called, i tell them i got a call and transfered, they say they must have had a reason to call me, i ask what it is, they say let me check, i say i think its a scam call, they try to explain, but i dont belive them
