In two hours, they called me four times claiming that HMRC was "preparing a lawsuit" against me. Wow, they must have uncovered my money-laundering scheme in the Cayman Islands! However, I think I will wait for an official letter from HM Government before taking any drastic actions.

Identical to other reviews. It’s impossible for any law enforcement to use automated messages. My concern is for the elderly or vulnerable who might call back and fall into scams.

This is the second call in just half an hour. They even had the audacity to leave a message on the answering machine. Unfortunately, I lack a blocking device on my landline.

Rest assured, this is a scam: if someone claims your national insurance number is blocked, do not interact, as this is a ploy to steal your personal data; I had read about this scam previously and it's crucial to ignore such calls and not follow their instructions
