Die Nummer gehört zu Commerz Finanz. Als Nutzer einer Cash‑Card dieses Unternehmens ruft CF gleichzeitig mehrere Kunden an, sodass oft niemand am Telefon ist, wenn man anlegt. Dieses Vorgehen zieht sich über Tage oder Wochen, mehrmals täglich, und ist sehr nervig. Kommt es doch zu einem Gespräch, wird man mit Kredit‑ oder Versicherungsangeboten bombardiert, z. B.: „Wir können Ihnen in 5‑8 Minuten ein Darlehensangebot machen, das Sie dann in der Filiale unterschreiben.“ Diese aggressive Kreditwerbung empfinde ich als unangebracht, zumal ich auch postalische Werbung erhalte. Während ich verstehe, dass Kreditinstitute säumige Zahler drängen, finde ich es nicht in Ordnung, zuverlässig zahlende Kunden ständig zu belästigen.

Kurz vor Mittag klingelte diese Nummer bei mir, dann noch einmal zwei einhalb Stunden später ein Anruf. Ich legte auf, niemand meldete sich und kurz darauf wurde die Leitung wieder beendet. Wie meine Telefonnummer in diese Hände gelangte, bleibt ein Rätsel; das Ganze wirkt sehr verdächtig.

Sie lassen höchstens zweimal klingeln, weil beim dritten Durchgang mein Anrufbeantworter anspringt, wo man dann bei Wichtigkeit eine Nachricht hinterlassen könnte. Ich frage mich, wie sie an meine neue Festnetznummer kamen, obwohl ich sie noch niemandem gegeben habe, um solche lästigen Anrufe zu vermeiden!
