Unknown calls in Croatia
Unsure about a Croatian number? Explore concise community notes to judge calls and texts. In Zagreb (01), Split (021), Rijeka (051) and Osijek (031) you’ll see both legitimate callbacks (deliveries, banking, appointments) and waves of robocalls or phishing. Mobile 09x ranges offer useful context but do not prove identity or exact location due to portability and VoIP — treat them as hints.
Verification: return calls via the official number on the provider’s website/app, check in‑app notices and never share one‑time codes by phone. Use device/carrier blocking for repeat issues and leave a short, factual note here so others benefit.

Impresija je bila neozbiljna i pomalo neobrazna, što me natjeralo da ga smatram neprofesionalnim.
At the begining of the conversation, the woman who called presented herself as Ivana, an operator from Bonbon service in Croatia, and she was in a very noisy enviroment. She didnt know neither my first name or my surname, and she asked for personal informations, even though the company should allready have them. After she found out I'm underage, she asked if my parents are arround, so they could asist. The call ended with her saying she might call me again someday... it could be a phishing or sales call, or maybe even a scam, I'm not shure if it's trustworthy
Broj izgleda neozbiljno i sumnjivo; bolje ga ne prihvatiti.
Upon answering the call, a loud background noise was noticeable, and the caller, who claimed to be Ivana from Bonbon service in Croatia, seemed unprepared as she didnt know my name or surname, she ask for personal informations thats already avaliable to the company, after discovering my age, she inquired about the presence of a parent or guardian, the conversation concluded with a vague statement about potential future communication... it possily a scam or phishing attempt, not entirely sure about it's legitimacy
Given the loud background noise, it was difficult to focus on the conversation with the woman claiming to be Ivana from Bonbon service in Croatia. What struck me as unusual was her request for personal details, which the company should already have on file. Upon discovering my age, she inquired about the presence of a parent or guardian, suggesting a potential vulnerability. The call concluded abruptly with a vague statement about possibly speaking again in the future, leaving me uncertain about the legitimacy of the call and wondering if it might be a phishing attempt or a sales scam. The overall experience has left me questioning the trustworthiness of the caller.
