Een medewerker van Odido stelde zich correct voor en kwam met een goedkoper internet‑/tv‑abonnement. Nadat ik weigerde, verzond hij een bevestiging en wenste me een prettige dag. Beleefd en netjes.

Their prices are reasonable and the quality is good, but they just don't seem to understand that frequent calling is counterproductive.
