Dealing with VikiSnack confectionery factory has been a disappointing experience. Despite reducing my order from 6kg to 3kg due to financial constraints, they still sent the full amount, claiming it was already in production. Unfortunately, the candies arrived stale, with a white coating, and were extremely hard and of poor quality - they were not tasty at all, and after consuming them, I immediately wanted to spit them out and rinse my mouth. When I suggested they take them back and refund my money, I received no response. I strongly advise against purchasing candies from this company, as it's essentially throwing money away.
