After being informed that my package could not be delivered, I was put on hold for a considerable amount of time. I waited to ensure it wasn't a mistaken order, but eventually hung up. Later, I discovered that this number is associated with scammers and warn others to be cautious.
Apparently, it was time for my vehicle's maintenance, so I was prompted to press 1 for more information, but I hung up, suspecting a scam.
