Generally speaking, 850 numbers are preferred by call centers and businesses because they are free, however alot of peoples in turkey dont trust them, personnally i dont answer none of them but sometime i google it to see if its important or not, this is a waste of time, i think if call centers and businesses didnt use them only scammers will, or at least if businesses didnt use them the problem would be solve, peoples would know if its a scam or not
