Şikayetlerinizi tiss.gtb.gov.tr adresinde yapabilirsiniz. Üç ayrı numarayı rapor ettim: birinci şikayetime "Gönderici Tespit Edildi/İl Müdürüne Havale Edildi" yanıtı, ikinciye "Dolandırıcılık ihtimali nedeniyle ilgili kuruma iletilmiştir" bildirimi, üçüncüsüne ise "İşlem alındı" mesajı verildi. İlgili birimine şikayet yöneltmek faydalı olacaktır.
