Laat je telefoon niet automatisch antwoorden; controleer de nummerherkomst via een omgekeerde‑zoekopdracht of een app die spam‑bellen filtert. Deel nooit persoonlijke of bankgegevens, ook al klinkt de stem overtuigend. Zet een blokkering via je provider of gebruik de ‘Niet bellen‑van‑onbekende’ instelling. Als je per ongeluk hebt gereageerd, meld de oproep meteen bij de consumentenbescherming of je bank. Houd je instellingen up‑to‑date en blijf alert op onverwachte aanbiedingen.

It appears that phone numbers starting with '0-850-484' are being used to harass and scam people. These numbers are likely being used by unscrupulous individuals who are not afraid of facing penalties. I've reported them to the Trade Ministry, and I encourage others to do the same. Don't think that ignoring them will make the problem go away - every complaint counts.
