Laat je telefoon niet automatisch antwoorden; controleer de nummerherkomst via een omgekeerde‑zoekopdracht of een app die spam‑bellen filtert. Deel nooit persoonlijke of bankgegevens, ook al klinkt de stem overtuigend. Zet een blokkering via je provider of gebruik de ‘Niet bellen‑van‑onbekende’ instelling. Als je per ongeluk hebt gereageerd, meld de oproep meteen bij de consumentenbescherming of je bank. Houd je instellingen up‑to‑date en blijf alert op onverwachte aanbiedingen.

my dad received a message claiming there was a package, but when i called the number, it was a recording saying the customer representatives were busy and would call back later, but they never did
At 13:16, i receivd a call stating my order coulnd't be delivered, then the customer service rep hung up on me, afterwards i called back and was placed on hold, it seems like a scammer to me, i got scared
