Following an incoming call from this number, it seemed like there was some sort of disturbance or issue on the other end before it disconnected.
Aramalar Vodafone adıyla geliyor; ara sıra kampanya, numara taşıma ya da operatör değiştirme gibi teklifler sunuyorlar. Sanırım bir bayi. Ben ise konuşmayı dinleyip kapatıyorum, umarım zarar görmezler.

From a crowded environment, a weak voice said 'deposit your money first, then talk'. I couldn't understand the purpose of the call. Based on other comments, it seems to be related to fake combi service people... Ignore them.
