They left a voicemail saying it was an order hotline, but when I called back, no one answered, and it seemed suspicious

They called and then hung up; when I called back, I was on hold for half an hour, wondering what the issue was and why they called, but no one picked up. Hopefully, we won't encounter any problems due to calling them back.
