Najlepszym sposobem na ochronę jest ignorowanie nieznanych numerów i natychmiastowe blokowanie ich w telefonie lub aplikacji filtrującej. Nie podawaj żadnych danych osobowych, nawet jeśli rozmówca twierdzi, że reprezentuje bank lub instytucję. Zgłoś podejrzany numer do operatora lub do lokalnego organu ochrony konsumenta – to pomaga wyeliminować źródło scamu. Regularnie sprawdzaj rachunki telefoniczne pod kątem nieautoryzowanych połączeń i rozważ zmianę ustawień prywatności, aby ograniczyć niechciane połączenia.

Someone attempted to conduct an internet-related survey
Kısa bir süre önce telefon çaldı; arayan 444 0 375 numaralıydı. Açtığımda ses gelmedi ve bir süre bekledim, yine sessizlik hâkim oldu.
Cevapsız birkaç arama telefonumda bekliyordu. Eskiden Türk Telekom internet kullandım, şimdi Türk.net'e geçtim. Muhtemelen bu yüzden Türk Telekom defalarca aradı. Türk.net 35 Mbps sunuyor, ayda 85 TL; Türk Telekom ise 24 Mbps'i 90 TL'ye veriyor, ayrıca kota da var. Daha fazla arama almanız muhtemel.
Şirket, internet aboneliğim süresi dolduğu gerekçesiyle gün içinde yaklaşık on kez aradı. Birkaç kez açtım, ses gelmediği için sinirlenip kapattım. Şimdi de tekrar arayıp taahhütümün bittiğini söyledi.
Şirket Akbank'ın aradığını iddia etti.
