Apparently, this number belongs to a hospital's check-up department, which I previously visited, and they called me twice to inform me about their campaign.

This number is from Webibo company, they called for campaign product verification purposes
They claim to be from TT NET, Türktelekom, trying to scam people by offering internet services, beware and never share your ID copy.
