The user is trying to say something but its not clear what they mean, its like they are trying to comunicate a mesage but its not working.
They called twice, hung up, and then I had to call back, only to be informed that a package couldn't be delivered to me, and after a 10-minute wait, I grew suspicious and ended the call.
