احرص على عدم الرد على المكالمات غير المعروفة؛ ذلك يقلل فرص التعرض للخداع. إذا تلقيت مكالمة تطالبك بسداد ديون أو دفع أموال، اطلب هوية المتصل وارتباطه بالمؤسسة الرسمية، ثم سجّل التفاصيل. الإبلاغ عن الرقم لدى مزود الخدمة أو الجهات التنظيمية يساهم في حجب المكالمات المستقبلية. استخدم خاصية حظر الأرقام على هاتفك وفعّل إعدادات عدم استقبال المكالمات من الأرقام المخفية. لا تشارك معلومات شخصية أو بنكية قبل التحقق من صحة الجهة المتصلة، واحتفظ بسجلات المكالمات كدليل إذا احتجت لتقديم شكوى.
