Beware: Grant Scam Demands Western Union!
Summary — +12022412662
Expert Opinion
A lady claimed I was approved for a government grant and asked for $190 via Western Union. That scenario matches a classic advance‑fee scam: scammers pose as grant officials, promise large payouts, and demand a small upfront payment. Never send money to secure a grant you didn’t apply for, especially through untraceable services like Western Union. Verify any government offer directly on official agency websites or by calling known public‑sector numbers. If a caller asks for personal banking info or payment before you receive funds, hang up and report the number to the FTC or your state consumer protection agency. Stay skeptical and protect your finances.
