I didnt have to enter any two digit code, I was locked out of YouTube and I could either create a new account or enter my phone number, I use a landline number and got a automated code from 202-455-8888, then I change my password
The caller claimed my account had been compromised and asked for my number to receive an activation code; I then received an automated call from 202-455-8888 with a new account code and was advised to change my passwords and run a malware and virus scan.
Over the course of two days I recieved four calls from this number, each time a recorded voice provided the same six digit number before hanging up, I dont have a Google or Gmail account so it's confusing

Apparently, this individuel contacted me through POF and proceded to exchage numbers with me, claimes his name was KELVIN DOUGLAS and that he was origionally from Amarillo, TX, but curently in South Africa, Nigeria to care for his ailing mother. My doubts about our conversation arose when he kept repetitivly saying the same things, then on Sunday he requested money to maintian his internet conection, and on Monday he asked for finacial assitance for his daughter, after I declind he became aggresive in his text messages. This evening, he notified me that he would be calling and instruted me to press 12, he has since called me 4 times and I have not answered, be carefull of this scammer, they are a posible threat.
Apparently, similarities exist between my experiance and others, they requested a two digit code, claiming someone hacked my googel account, however I dont have one, so I knew immediatly it was a scam, dumb peoples I swear
The identity of this caller remains a mystery to me...

I continously get phone calls from this number saying i am eligable for a gov grant of 7,000 and i have to pay back with in 6 months, they gave me a confirmation # and asked about my checking acct, credit card or debit, so i could recieve the money, but i didnt return the call
