My phone recieve'd a call from TWITTER, which called me 4 time's in the middle of the night, at 2:38, 2:39, 2:45, and 2:49am, ruining my night

I declined to answer a call from this number, which claimed to be from Alabama, and upon researching the number, I found this forum.
