A man claiming to be Sam Wilson from Microsoft Certified Online Support contacted my business, warning of malicious activity on my computer, which seemed suspicious
Upon receiving a call from this number, the caller claimed my computer had a virus, but fortunately, my husband is knowledgeable about computers and was able to handle the situation.
Repeated calls have been made, generally ignored, with the caller inquiring about my identity and role as a key server.
Today, this number called me and told me about my computer beeing infected and all that, i told them i dont have a computer so they would stop calling, and the man then threatend to harm me and rape me, PLEASE dont anser if they call's!
Clearly, the scam caller could be anywhere, they probaby use a tecnique known as a "spoof card", wich is a real thing, look it up on google, they can change the caller id to say califoria, washington etc... dont answer, its a scam, idiots are obvious

Within a 3 hour period, i recieved 4 calles from differnt numbers, including one from a guy with a heavy indian accent claiming i had computer virus issues, i tried calling him back but the numbers he provided were not accesible, eventualy he called back from anothor area code and used profanity.
A call was received claiming Windows software corruption and requesting access to the computer, but it was identified as a potential scam and terminated to protect personal information.

After two requests, the caller, who had an Indian or Pakistani accent, eventually ended the call. I had intentionally wasted their time as a form of retaliation.
