Earlier today I contacted Microsoft 365 and later saw this number, which I didnt recognize so I looked it up
I am convinced that this is a scam, as the caller claimed that someone from my number had initiated a call, which is impossible since I was traveling and did not have the necessary devices or software to make such a call.
Absolutely ridiculous experience with this individual, who is being utterly disrespectful.
MS O365 support contacted me regarding a case I had raised the previous day, and I can confirm it was a legitimate call.
I recived a call from this number, claimin that somone at this number initiated a tech support call for Office 365 support, but they didnt know what domain was asociated with our account, and the person had a heavy indian accent, i hung up before they could ask me anythin else

It appears this number is one of the outgoing trunks used by Microsoft Office 365 support, so if you receive a call from it, it is likely from a customer service agent regarding an open support issue.
Further investigation revealed this number to be a legitimate Microsoft support line, initiated by my husband's callback request.
