Following my contact with Amazon's customer support regarding a delivery issue, they promptly returned my call, resolved the problem, and only requested my name and adress, after wich I recieved an email to rate the call.

Regardles of the purpose, customer service calls can be annoying
I didn't engage with the caller, as it seemed to be an automated recording.
An attempt was made to obtain personal information, and using Amazon's customer service as a reference, it's clear that caution is necessary when dealing with such calls.
I recieved a call from this number, beleiving it to be Amazon Prime, but it was actuallly a fraudelent scammer, resulting in me having to cancel all my credit cards and change my passwords.
Amazon's contact us page provided this number, and after a 30-minute conversation with a representative about unknown charges, they ensured a refund, confirming the number's legitimacy.
