A message from this number claimed that a computer and equipment order had been placed under my account, with a charge of $1500 pending. I contacted Amazon's customer service to verify this claim and was informed that it was a scam, with no such purchase or charge recorded.
A call from 206-922-0880 falsely claimed that I had incurred a charge of over $300 on my Amazon account, but Amazon's security team confirmed that this was a scam after I reported it.

This call was not from Amazon, I called Amazon and they confirmed it, I became suspicious when the woman asked if I had recieved my package, even though I had already confirmed reciept via email, and she kept asking for more information.
Notably, this coment is not a complaint, but rather an expresion of my experiance with Amazon Customer Service, I marked the call as an "appointment reminder", but it was actually an appointment occuring, and the rep was very helpfull and profesional.
