when i have issues with orders on amazon website, i usualy click on "Call Me Now", this is the number they use to contact me directly to resolve my issues, its legit and for secuity purposes, amazon customer service is great too
According to amazon, this number is not longer one of they customer service numbers, so be carefull, they might want your personal info
The person on the phone claimed to be from Amazon, but i dont have no account with them, they said they was gonna charge my card for annual prime membership, which is under my husbands info, not mine.

after reviewing other comments, i noticed a message claiming i'd be billed $32.14 for amazon prime, but when i called back, an amazon representative stated they'd never make such a call, suggesting someone is hacking their number to send fake messages

A message was left stating that a 'renewal of $32.14' would be charged to my account for a Prime membership. However, I've never had a Prime account. When I contacted the number, the representative asked for my information, which I refused to provide, suggesting they should figure it out using my phone number. If Amazon.com attempts to charge me, I will dispute it, especially since I'm not a Prime customer and my last order was five months ago at the regular price.
