It appeard somone is traking/hacking Amazons emails. I had a converstaion with a customer service rep about redeaming a gift card that had an unreadable claim code. It got to the point where I had to send Amazon a scan of my card. The rep I was chatting with told me that I would be contacted via *email* when they recieved mine. Later in the day I recieved a call to my google voice number in my email signature, opposed to the number that I have on file with my Amazon acount. They say that it is posible that I set up a call from them - I did not. Also, the Google Voice voicemail transcript I recieved from the inital call says it was opened by a person named "Sarah" and ends with a person named "Charles." I dont think those names sound the same.
There's a possibility that my Amazon account has been compromised, as I received a suspicious call after discussing a gift card issue with a customer service representative.

They claimed to be from Amazon and said they would send an email about my conversaton with a customer representive, but i found it suspisious that they asked for my name, email and billing adress when they could have just emailed me the informations. Furthermore, when i asked about the conversaton, the person just said it was about my package, not very convincin.
