After receiving a mysterious text from +1 (209) 739-4326, I decided to block and delete the message, but not before copying it for reporting purposes.
It appears there is a misunderstanding about the capabilities of the DNC list, which is merely a registry and cannot prevent spoofing or spamming; perhaps a review of its intended purpose is in order
