The call appeared to be from a call center due to the background noise, and they asked for the Controller by name. When I informed them that she was unavailable, they declined to leave a message and stated they would call back shortly before hanging up.

Over the past few monthes, I've recieved four calls from this number, however, they've only left incomplete voice messages, after researching the number online, it appears to be a scam, especally since they called my GrandCentral phone number, which I only use for internet sign-ups.
