They wanted to know when to send sombody to do an annual physical, they asked to confirm the date of birth, came from a number 212-634-8723, then they told us to call 833-280-2588 to contact Fidelis

This number calle me two time's in a week, and this time it was a robocall sayin Novalon is calling on behalf of Fidelis Care, and they just say my first name, and give me a number to call back
