A call came in at all hours, even late at night around 11:30 PM, with intermittent beeping that seemed robotic. After blocking that line, a Cleveland, OH number (216‑920‑6217) began ringing, which I also blocked.

Obviously, emailing a company is not a reliable way to prove that you contacted them, you should try sendind a certified letter, its more efective and can be tracked, especialy when dealin with companys that dont respond to emails.

These faxes originate from ECHO Health Inc, located in Westlake, Ohio, with the corporate number 888.834.3511 and address 810 Sharon Drive, Westlake, Ohio 44145, where one can send a letter to request cessation of these unsolicited calls.
