This is clearly a nuisance call
Why SSRS spam calls keep slipping through!

Expert Opinion
Recent reports indicate a pattern of calls labeled “SSRS” that leave no voicemail and are flagged as spam. Callers often claim to be a polling firm, yet the lack of identification and repeated silent drops suggest a likely robocall or spoof. Consumers should let unknown numbers go to voicemail, block the offending line, and report the activity to the FTC’s Do Not Call registry. If a call asks for personal info or payment, hang up immediately and verify the organization through official channels. Regularly updating your phone’s spam‑filtering app can also reduce exposure to similar nuisance calls.

No message was left by the caller, and since the number was unknown, I didn't bother answering.
Researching the caller ID 'SSRS' led to an opinion poll company, but the authenticity of the call remains uncertain due to it being a potential spoof.
I have been receiving multiple calls from this number, none of which have included a voicemail or any message, leading me to wonder about the purpose of these calls.
