Upon recieving a call from David Wilson, he claimed to be taking legal action with a case number and mencioned they would contact my employer unless I called 313-349-2038, wich is appearently an ilegal practise.
Scam Calls Threatening IRS and Utility Shutdown!
Summary — +13133492038
Expert Opinion
Ever wonder why you keep getting those frantic calls about SSDI, IRS threats, or fake utility bills? The pattern points to a classic high‑pressure scam that leverages fear and urgency to extract money or personal data. Callers often claim they’ll cut off services, involve law enforcement, or file legal actions unless you comply—usually demanding gift cards or prepaid cards. The safest move is to hang up and never share sensitive info. Block the number, report it to your carrier, and file a complaint with the FTC. If you suspect identity theft, consider a credit freeze and monitor your accounts closely.
