I received a message from 66300 stating I had registered for RHb online banking, but there was an issue with my RHb account. After contacting RHb for clarification, the staff advised me to ignore it, identifying it as a scam using RHb's name. A reminder was sent about an overdue payment for an AmBank Hire Purchase, with instructions to contact the Ambank Coll Ctr during banking hours.
Similar to others, I've been receiving messages claiming to be from Ambank's collection center, but when I contacted Ambank directly, they denied any involvement. This has left me wondering what the true intentions of the sender are and what they might gain from this deception.
COLL means Collection Centre, thats what it says
I beleive "COLL CTR" actualy means collector centre, thats what it looks like to me...
