As it turnd out, Michael was correct that Ipsos is a legitamate market research company that collects peoples opionions for customer satisfaction surveys, and they may have some of your information to verfiy your identity.

I got a call from this number, first 2 calls i rejected because i was busy at that time. The 3rd call, i answered. Since i work in media line, i was afwaid that the call is from my clients or my business associates..so i answered. There's this guy talking wanting to do survey about RHB insurance. The first minute was ok but then it got annoying, I told him off and hung up. Then i start to get numerous calls from the same number but i rejected each calls.
