Why Those ‘Brian’ Law Firm Calls Are a Money Trap
Summary — +13478096783
Expert Opinion
Like a knock‑off security alarm that bursts into your living room, these calls from +13478096783 blare bogus legal threats to panic you into payment. The pattern is unmistakable: a vague claim of multiple criminal charges, a demand for money, and an urgent “call back now” ultimatum, often from a fabricated attorney named Brian or similar. It’s a classic extortion scam that violates the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and state consumer‑protection statutes. Hang up, block the number, and never share personal or financial data. Report the number to the FTC and your local law‑enforcement fraud unit, and consider a call‑blocking app for added safety. Never trust a unsolicited legal threat without verifying the lawyer’s license.
