Why Those ‘Brian’ Law Firm Calls Are a Money Trap

A message was left stating that I would be arrested, which I plan to report to the local police this evening.

Threats of a lawsuit and arrest were made by this number, which is clearly a scam, as they continue to call from different numbers despite being blocked.

The caller made unauthorized threats and false claims, pretending to be an attorney, which is against the law

I was contacted by someone claiming to be from a law firm, stating that I had three allegations against me and a court case the following morning. The call seemed suspicious, especially since I live in Maryland and they were calling from New York. I remained silent, and they eventually hung up.

The person on the other end of the line claimed I had three criminal charges pending, but when I asked for details, they abruptly hung up.

This is undoubtedly a scam, so it's crucial not to provide any personal information

I recieved a voicemail from this number and it was amuzing when they ended the call with 'Good luck in court', pretty unusual.

A scammer claimed I reside in Indiana, despite having an area code phone number, and demanded my lawyer's information due to fictitious complaints about a loan, threatening me with a $5000 payment, which is clearly a fraudulent attempt.

It is unlikely a legitimate lawyer would contact someone they are suing, as this could compromise their case; this caller's intentions seem suspicious.

A call was received from law offices claiming to be from attorney Brain Dave, with an automated voice message that appears to be a scam, given the lack of any legitimate reason for the call.

I just recieved this call, its a total SCAMM, I wont fall for it, see you in court, haha.

I experianced the same issue, even recieved a voicemail from them, which appeard to be automated. After calling back, I left a message stating I would take legal action if they contiuned to contact me.

I received a call from this number today, and when I called back, the scenario was the same, but the person's name changed from Kevin to John, clearly a scam

Telecommunication harassment and intimidation are evident in this act, which seems to be perpetrated by individuals who struggle with proper English pronunciation, thereby exploiting American freedoms.

Upon contacting the law firm they claimed to represent, I was informed they've been trying to stop these scammers since 2015, with the FBI and Secret Service tracing them to India, which makes prosecution challenging, leading me to decide to counter their harassment with my own calls during my vacation.

This is a totaly scam!!

A caller claimed a debt was owed for a cash advance, requesting payment of $600 via American Express, along with additional restitution fees totaling over $5,000, and also asked for bank information, which are all hallmarks of a scam, as they falsely claimed to have sent letters, emails, and texts that were never received.

Lawsuit threats are being made by this caller.
