I am fed up with receiving calls from this number, and the caller claims I have purchased something.

Apparently they claim to be giving away $9000 in Govt Grant money, then request an aditional number to call, followed by a request for $250 to be sent via Direct Deposit, Money Gram or Western Union, the first person claims no money is required, while the second person asks for $250 and promisies to direct deposit $9,250 back, totaly a scam.
