Although they advertise return and replacement options, they fail to mention that returns must be shipped to Asia at the customer's expense. Since they have a warehouse in Vernon, CA, it would be more reasonable for returns to be sent there, suggesting their policy is intentionally deceptive to discourage returns
After ordering sandals on May 5th and being charged on May 8th, I never received the shoes, and when I contacted the number, I was directed to PayPal, which then instructed me to reach out to the dealership, but unfortunately, no other contact information is available.
