I ansered the phone and said 'Hello', and after a short delay, the caller said 'Hello' too, with alot of background noise. I'm guessing 'ALLERGAN LOCAL' is a misspelling of allergen, which would be a reasonable name for an air duct cleaner, but I'm not sure.
