This is extorsion, alot of ppl is getting scam
Why is Santander’s number calling nonstop?
Summary — +14421007900
Expert Opinion
People say they’re getting nonstop calls from this number, often early in the morning, with vague requests about family members or unpaid debts. The pattern points to a debt‑collection operation that likely masquerades as a bank, especially Santander, to pressure recipients. If you receive such calls, avoid confirming any personal data, hang up, and block the number. Report the nuisance to your telco and to Mexico’s consumer protection agency (PROFECO) or the 089 fraud line. Keep a log of dates, times, and any recorded messages—it helps authorities track abusive callers. Remember, legitimate banks rarely call without prior notice, and they will never demand payment over the phone.

There was no sound at all during the call
The calls are from SANTANDER, and they are looking for someone named Sergio Sue or Sau. Despite my repeated attempts to correct them, stating they have the wrong number, they persist in calling. Their calls start early in the morning and continue into the night, which is extremely bothersome. It's puzzling why they don't verify client information before extending credit, likely due to their own negligence.
Initially, I received a call from this number about a month ago, which ended abruptly when I answered. Today, I received two calls in the morning, one of which resulted in a hang-up, while the other yielded only silence when I picked up.
