Is This Legal Scam Call Trying to Scare You?

A woman, identifying herself as an investigator, spoke rapidly and inquired about an individual I had no knowledge of

this appears to be a scam or debt collector, they had outdated information and tried to get me to call another number

I called back the number left in a voicemail, and after being told my address was insufficient, I was informed that legal documents would be sent to my workplace. I spoke with Debbie, who refused to provide an address. When I called back, I got Michelle, who sounded like the same person. She asked for my information and told me I'd have my day in court before hanging up on me.

It sounds like a fake proces server scam to me

I utilizie an app that helps me identifiy scam numbers, and I decided to answer this call to see how they would react, and a lady asked me to confirm my identity, but I refused to divulge any informations until she told me who she was.

It's alarming how easily our personal information is being exploited by these scammers, and a mechanism to stop this is desperately needed.

The individuals calling from this number have been persistent, claiming there is a lawsuit against me and threatening to have me arrested if I do not settle it, but it is clearly a scam.

Following a call on Nov 26 from this number with no voicemail, today I recieved a call and a voicemail from someone claiming to be Catherine James from western locators, stating a complaint had been filed against me, which seemed suspisious.

Regarding a legal matter, an agent from Location Services has been attempting to contact the individual, urging them to call back at 888-402-6921, case number 3 180-1945, as the matter is time-sensitive.

Recently, I received a call from this number requesting to speak with a previous tenant, claiming they had listed me as a primary contact, despite my denial of knowing the individual, and when I attempted to call back, the number was non-functional

A legal matter is reportedly pending, with paperwork scheduled for release, and a request to be available to sign documents on Thursday; for inquiries, an alternate number, 800.366.2985, is provided.

Following a text message about a legal matter, I received a missed call and voicemail requesting a callback, but the caller refused to disclose the nature of the issue and hung up on me repeatedly.

Initially, I received a text message from 424-332-5306, which contained the same information as the subsequent calls, but I did not respond.
