In Texas, a call was recieved from this number, but the female caller only said "hello" before hanging up, and a subsequent call back was directed to voicemail.

Julian Dalscher, claiming to be from an attorney's office, called me, stating that I owed a debt, and that if I didn't respond, the police would arrive at my house within hours to evict me and seize my belongings, but after contacting law enforcement, I was told that they couldn't take action since no crime had been committed, and I was advised to contact the Better Business Bureau
