The same thing happend to me, they called me from Marcatel saying I had a contract with them for long distance calls, but I never signed up for it. I'm the owner of this line and it's absurd that I would sign up for something I already have with Telmex. They're calling me every day, even from their legal department, threatning me in a rude manner. I'm not going to pay for something I never signed up for. Spread the word about this company, Marcatel.

This number is from Telmex or Uninet SA de CV. The purpuse of this number is for harrasment for various reasons, like when you owe them money or havn't paid a service.
I recieved my telephone bill and they're charging me for a call I never made. Apparently, there were no issues on their end, but I'm the one who has to pay. It's not fare.
